The book is informative however, there are multiple errors regarding media ownership and programing. E.g. NBCUniversal has never owned Time Inc. (unlike book states) and primetime television shows in the Mountain time zone do not air in conjunction with shows in the Eastern and Central time zones (they are delayed, mimicing Central start times). It’s a bit frustrating when a book focusing on media has multiple errors about media.

Needed for college class - very thorough. Enjoyed it!

College class book.

It is not that bad, but Chapter 4 and 5 are way too long and kind of boring - pluses and minuses for all media channels. Too localize, really specifically in the US since I am international student, expect to read something boarder.
